David Grundy, Chairman
David, Chairman and co-founder of Invenias, brings an abundance of sales and operational management experience gained from over 18 years working in senior positions within the software industry. After many years of outstanding success working in senior sales management roles and as a Director for Oracle, David went on to setup and run European operations for eCal and StorageNetworks, before establishing a leading search practice in the enterprise technology sector, and then co-founding Invenias.
Richard Harrison, CEO
Richard, CEO and founder of Invenias, brings a wealth of professional recruitment and software expertise gained from over 15 years working in senior sales and operational management roles, for leading search and recruitment businesses in the technology sector. Richard’s experience encompasses the full spectrum of search and recruitment, from specialist contingency recruitment through to executive search and corporate recruitment. After successfully managing the technology division of one of the UK’s leading privately owned recruitment groups, Richard went on to run an independent technology search practice before establishing a management consulting practice for search and recruitment businesses, and then co-founding Invenias.
Andrew Baldrian, CTO
Andrew brings the exceptional combination of a very strong technical background with seasoned management skills. Andrew is highly experienced at senior management level, working within both large and small start up software companies. Former VP of Product Development at Liquent Inc, Director of Internet Engineering at Documentum and Senior Software Engineer at Oracle.
Mini De Silva, Finance Director
Mini, an MBA and Chartered Management Accountant, specialising in the technology sector, brings more than 15 years experience of working for leading technology companies, including the senior positions of Regional Financial Controller for Computer Associates & International Financial Controller for StorageNetworks.
Ryan Ward, Sales Director
Ryan brings an abundance of sales experience, gained from over 20 years initiating and managing engagements with a variety of customers and partners, from small and medium sized businesses through to major global accounts, for leading software organisations such as Salesforce.com, SAP and Oracle. Ryan's experience extends to negotiating and delivering business across Europe, Asia and the United States.

David brings more than 30 years experience in the high tech customer and technical support industry and is widely recognised for his contributions to the building of robust and responsive support infrastructures across the globe. David has operated at Vice-President level for the past 10 years with VERITAS Software and Computer Associates and has helped to develop new solutions for global support issues. During his career, David has been an active member of several industry organisations, such as TSANet, SSPA and Service Strategies, and is a regular speaker at customer focused conferences in Europe and Asia.
