Invenias is provided on a simple Monthly Subscription model.
We recognise that sometimes your business needs the freedom to increase and decrease the number of users as and when required, which is why with our standard monthly subscription you are free to increase and decrease without restriction, based on a minimum of 1 user for a minimum 12 month term.

However, we also appreciate that you might prefer to negotiate a lower subscription rate. You can determine the rate by committing to a longer term and or increasing the minimum number of users, as shown below. You are still able to increase and decrease the number of users as required, providing it is not below the minimum number.

There are no setup costs, however we do require you to purchase at least 1 Day of Services which can be used for Professional Services, Training or Data Migration.

Our Services Day's can be utilised as full days or in 1 hour blocks as required over a 12 month period from the date of purchase.
Invenias is provided subject to Standard Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement. All Prices are quoted in Pound Sterling excluding VAT and are subject to change.
