An exciting new chapter for Invenias
I’m delighted to announce that Invenias has been acquired by Bullhorn, the leading and largest cloud computing company supporting staffing and recruitment firms worldwide.
This is an incredible validation of our product, our services, and our people, and most importantly of the 1,000 customers who selected Invenias as their platform and partner.
This is a strategic move on the part of Invenias and Bullhorn that will allow both companies to better serve the Executive Search market.
For Bullhorn, Invenias is a complementary but distinct offering to the products they provide to the core recruitment market, reflecting their commitment to serving all segments of the global staffing and recruitment industry. They recognise that Executive Search is an increasingly visible and unique segment and that can best be served by the unique and targeted capabilities of the Invenias solutions, within the Bullhorn family.
Our customers want the specialist and dedicated products and services that we provide, but also value the scale, resources, experience and financial firepower Bullhorn brings that will provide them with the assurance that we’re the partner who will continue to lead them into the future as technology becomes a more and more central part of their operations.
And for Invenias, we believe that becoming part of Bullhorn will supercharge our ambition to be the de-facto platform of choice for Executive Search firms worldwide. We believe the product innovation we have delivered with the release of Invenias X, combined with the market opportunity and momentum of this strategic move, creates an exciting road ahead for our people and our products.
Moving forward it is very much business as usual. The executive team and I will all remain in place and Invenias will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bullhorn.
